Payment:

Payment is accepted by cheque, money order, bank draft or certified cheque in advance, Interac Email transfer from a Canadian bank, and PayPal. Paypal payment accepted with a +3% service charge. Non-certified cheques will take 2 to 3 weeks to clear before order is sent. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Canadian Artist Response Team Inc. Availability and price of goods can change without notice. Appropriate taxes and shipping will be added to your order.

Submission of order form does not constitute a contract to supply goods - acceptance of orders is at the discretion of Canadian Artist Response Team Inc. only. No credit terms are offered without prior application and acceptance.

Prices:

Prices are in Canadian Dollars, and are subject to change without notice. please Email to confirm price before ordering. Prices on the Product page include taxes and shipping

Shipping:

Goods can ship by Canada Post Mail, XpressPost, or Courier. Delivery by mail is included in the price, other shipping methods; we will contact you if the shipping on your order is going to be unusual. Somebody must be present during business hours to sign for Courier packages and insured packages. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. Shipping time and cost may be higher in NU, NT, YK and remote areas. Shipping is at the buyer's risk. Optional freight insurance is 3% extra on the price of the goods, and will not be added unless you request it. No PO Boxes for Courier shipments, PO Boxes are OK for mail and uninsured XpressPost.

Gov't, Educational and Institutional:

Purchase orders may be accepted on prior approval of account application only, fax credit application to (250) XXXX. Paypal payments are not accepted for any volume discounted or academic discount orders.

Returns:

Because of the nature of the products, we do not provide refunds or returns on opened CDs or on any printed materials. If you receive a defective CD, please return it to us with a note explaining the problem, and we will replace it.
